Become a Supplier
Porto Sudeste seeks partners who share our values of integrity, ethics, and respect for the environment and local communities.
With a mission to conduct business in a sustainable and responsible manner, we adopt strict supplier qualification and evaluation practices aligned with our 5H principles: Honesty, Harmony, Humanity, Humility, Humor, and Physical & Mental Health.
Code of Ethics and Conduct and Anti-Corruption Policy
Porto Sudeste upholds the highest ethical standards in all operations and requires its suppliers to fully comply with applicable laws, strictly prohibiting any form of corruption or bribery. All partners must adhere to our Code of Ethics and Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, and Sustainable Development Policy.
Supplier Qualification Process
To ensure quality, safety, and transparency in partnerships, Porto Sudeste uses the Miisy portal from Mercado Eletrônico for supplier registration and management. This process involves compliance verification, document analysis, and evaluation based on occupational health and safety, social responsibility, and environmental criteria.
How to Register
To begin the process, access our Supplier Portal. Companies already registered but not yet on the platform will be gradually migrated by our Procurement team.
Once registered, a full review will be conducted covering fiscal, labor, and financial compliance, in addition to social and environmental responsibility and safety assessments, aligned with our programs:
SER (Sustainability, Balance, Respect):
Promotes a culture of sustainable development that respects the environment, local communities, and the company’s core values.
PAZ (Occupational Health and Safety):
Focused on ensuring safety and health across all operations.
These programs support Porto Sudeste in delivering sustainable and secure results—generating value for both the company and its partners.
